Operations Manual
This manual is designed to familiarize you with SEE and its policies as they affect projects under our sponsorship.
It is also intended to acquaint you with the structural and management issues affecting nonprofit organizations. Both
the project director and an additional project staff person should read through the complete manual. It is important
that the materials and procedures described in the manual are thoroughly understood in order to avoid mistakes or
misunderstandings, which will be time consuming to correct.
Memorandum of Understanding
This document is a summary of some of the more important information contained in the Operations Manual. In all
cases, the most recent MOU or Operations Manual or the SEE office should be consulted in determining SEE’s policy
on any given issue.
Liability Waiver and Release Form
For any projects holding an event in which volunteers, staff or attendees participating in the activity are required to
assure that the Project is not responsible for any harm, injury, or damage sustained while partaking in the event. This
form is mandatory for any projects holding events in which minors will be participating, it must be signed by a
parent/guardian.
Credit Card Donation Form
If you will be collecting donations remotely at an event or fundraiser please have donors complete this form.
